Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Form Frontier is run by Jack Bresnahan, a sole trader based in Kent, England. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, project type and any details you choose to include. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the project. We don't currently run analytics or tracking on this site.
Why we're allowed to
We process enquiry data because you have asked us to get in touch (legitimate interest) and, if a project goes ahead, because it is necessary to deliver the work you have asked for (contract).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months if no project follows. If a project goes ahead, we keep the related records for 6 years after it ends, as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. Contact form submissions are delivered by Framer to our email inbox, and this site is hosted by Framer. Framer processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms. We won't pass your details to anyone else unless required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold on you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email info@formfrontier.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
